How do I add a new phone number?

Numbers are provisioned on your behalf. Open Numbers → Buy a number, or contact support.

Can agents work from home?

Yes — they can pick up calls in the browser softphone or on their mobile.

Where are recordings stored?

S3 (eu-west-3) for 90 days by default. Configurable per business.

Do you support outside Tanzania?

Yes. We support all African markets where Africa's Talking provisions numbers.

How is billing handled?

Voice usage is billed monthly. Platform tier is invoiced separately.
