How do I add a new phone number?

Numbers are provisioned on your behalf. Open Numbers → Buy a number, or contact support.

Can agents work from home?

Yes, they can pick up calls in the browser softphone or on their mobile.

Where are recordings stored?

Securely on Semacall for 90 days by default. Retention is adjustable per business — contact support to change it.

Do you support outside Tanzania?

Yes. We support every African market where Semacall provisions numbers.

How is billing handled?

Voice usage is billed monthly. Platform tier is invoiced separately.
